Terms & Conditions

Read the rules, responsibilities, permitted uses, and service limitations that apply when you access Formatria, upload documents, save templates, or use public and authenticated features.

Effective date

These Terms & Conditions explain the general rules for using Formatria. By accessing the website, uploading supported files, creating an account, or using workspace features, you agree to follow the terms described on this page.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should stop using the service. These terms are intended to make the use of Formatria clear, fair, and consistent across guest, workspace, and administrative features.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Formatria, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any lawful rules that apply to your use of the platform.

Continued use of the service after updates may be treated as acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable notice practices.

2. Permitted Use of Formatria

Formatria may be used to upload supported document files, compare formatting against templates or guest-defined rules, review issue summaries, download PDF reports, save reusable templates, and access public content such as blog articles or help pages.

Use of the platform must always remain lawful, respectful of system limits, and consistent with the intended purpose of document format analysis and workflow support.

3. Accounts, Roles, and Access

Some Formatria features are available publicly, including guest uploads and selected informational pages. Other features such as saved templates, workspace history, account-based document management, and administrative publishing tools require a signed-in account.

Access levels may vary depending on the user role assigned inside the product. Administrative functions are reserved for authorized users only.

4. User Responsibilities

You remain responsible for the documents you upload, the template rules you configure, the article content you publish, and the decisions you make based on analysis outputs generated by the platform.

It is your responsibility to ensure that uploaded documents and published content do not violate applicable law, confidentiality obligations, or the rights of other parties.

5. Uploads, Templates, and Content Ownership

Formatria does not claim ownership over user documents, saved templates, or organizational rules created inside the platform. Users retain responsibility for the content they upload or configure.

Formatria branding, interface assets, service logic, and platform features remain part of the Formatria product experience and may not be copied or reused in ways that violate applicable law or product rights.

6. Analysis Results and Service Limitations

Formatria is designed to improve document formatting review workflows. However, analysis results may depend on document structure, template quality, parser coverage, supported file types, configuration choices, and current product limitations.

The service is intended to support decision-making, not replace human review in every case. Users should evaluate whether a result is suitable for their own submission, publication, or operational needs.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Formatria to disrupt the service, upload harmful files, bypass access controls, impersonate another user, abuse rate limits, scrape protected content, or attempt unauthorized access to administrative or system resources.

You may also not use the platform to publish misleading, unlawful, abusive, or infringing content through article publishing or other product features.

8. Suspension and Restriction of Access

Formatria may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect service integrity, address abuse, respond to legal obligations, enforce platform rules, or manage security incidents.

We may also update, restrict, improve, or remove features, workflows, upload rules, article publishing permissions, or technical limits as the platform evolves.

9. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Formatria may rely on hosting, storage, analytics, or infrastructure services provided by third parties in order to operate the product. These dependencies help deliver uploads, authentication, article media, logging, and report generation.

Use of the platform may therefore involve reasonable interaction with third-party technical services that support platform availability and security.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Formatria is provided on an as-available and as-evolving basis. We aim to make the platform reliable and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete coverage for every document type, or perfect formatting detection in every situation.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect product improvements, legal developments, infrastructure changes, or updated usage practices. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page.

12. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms & Conditions or how Formatria should be used, please visit the contact page and reach out through the available support channel.
